Gorata Tiro, going by the stage name Mma Chaka is a proud Morolong from Mabule. Ko Ga Tholo is her first album with eight songs of a totally different and exciting genre. This one has never been mentioned anywhere before: Modik ana, apparently this genre is common in a few tribes in Botswana, namely, Barolong, Balete, and Bangwaketse. Different t ypes of dances are per formed to illustrate the lyrics of the songs but the dances differ according to tribes. Songs to listen to are, Mokariathogo which talks about naggy, depressed people who are always bent on negativit y. Nka Go Dira and Zebras, a tribute to Botswana National Soccer team at the Africa Cup Of Nations 2012 games. Mma Chaka`s bold deep but sweet voice will remind you of Mma Ausi who is a Motswana married and based in South Africa.
