Ribs & Wings (Serves 4)
Ingredients
20 precooked pork ribs
16 chicken wings

Ingredients
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
½ finely chopped onion
2 tea spoons finely chopped lemon grass
2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper
2 can coca cola
(Chicken marinade)
Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
2 table spoon balsamic vinegar
2 table spoon tomato puree
1 table spoon Worcester sauce
2 tea spoon crushed red chilly
1 tea spoon finely chopped ginger
½ cup lemon juice
Pinch of Salt & pepper to taste
Method of Preparation
- Heat a thick bottomed pan and add olive oil.
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon grass on low heat till onion is translucent but not browned.
- The add pork ribs and mix well. Add Coca Cola and put on high heat and reduce till sticky, stirring occasionally.
- Then add salt & pepper to taste.
- For chicken wings, prepare chicken marinade by combining all of its ingredients and cover wings with it. Marinade for 2 hours.
- Then bake wings at 180 degrees c for 20 minutes basting once with remaining marinade after 10 minutes.
- Serve with a fresh garden salad and French fries.
