Barack Obama, said in his speech; “Life doesn`t count for much unless you`re willing to do your small part to leave our children – all of our children – a better world. Even if it`s difficult. Even if the work seems great. Even if we don`t get far in our lifetime”.
Let us all put these words to practice by creating a reading nation. Buying your kids one or two books in a month can be the children`s perpetual source of encouragement, advocacy, assurance, and emotional refueling that empowers them with confidence into adult world, so as to be the best they can be. Reading is a means of language acquisition, of sharing and communicating informative ideas.
The Pocket Book, is a very easy to read children`s book with illustrations that tell a story on their own. It is about a girl who wants to have all her playing tools with her all the time, so she wants pockets that can store all in her dress. She ends up having ten pockets stitched to her little dress. The rest is for your children to know, read this book, it is enjoyable.
