You Don`t Need A Title To Be A Leader is an elegantly simplified, easy to understand book. It is about leadership and is written to speak to ordinary people of all ages, different professions or even people in all and any position in life. This powerful but short book of 104 pages is reader friendly. This is evident on the cover which is illustrated simply with easy to read fonts and cool colours which are none torture to the eyes.
As the author, Mark Sanborn, puts it, “Genuine leadership is not conferred by a title or limited to the executive suite. Rather, it is shown through our everyday actions and the way we influence the lives of those around us”. When he speaks out or writes down the word leader, Mark always uses a small ‘l` to stress the point that leadership is service not fame which is usually based on what we get in life. He believes that what we give and how we infuence the world around us matters more for it is true greatness that one can get recognition for.
