How can I get over my ex-boyfriend?

MMAMALOME,  I am a young girl aged 25 years and I have been dating a guy and we have a three-year old daughter. He broke up with me recently, and ever since I can’t stop thinking about him and the things we used to do. What really frustrates me is that my daughter always calls his name and I don’t know how to explain to her because she is too young to understand. I really want to forget him and move on with my life but I can’t for some reason. How can I get over him mma malome?

Setlogolo, it is not clear if your ex-boyfriend has stopped checking on his daughter and providing for her. It is very important that the child knows and is in contact with her father unless the father has totally abandoned her in which case you can only make him pay child maintenance. As for you and the father, it will only do you good if you accept that is over between the two of you and move on with your life. Hanging on to a failed relationship is not good for everyone involved. I suggest you have a chat with your ex-boyfriend and discuss the way forward regarding child visits and support.
