She seems to be avoiding me
Around the end of last year I was introduced to this girl and we hit it off quite well on a date. To cut the story short we began to see each other when she had time and it was all going really well, although she seemed really shy. However I guess she had a busy schedule, and one day she told me that we couldn't be go out anymore.
It’s kind of hard to be honest. I genuinely don't like many people out there, so while I was looking for the next cool girl out there I decided that I still really want to be friends with this one. Because, well, she's just a cool girl and I think it would be nice.
So as of late we have been texting up a storm and been making plans to hang out every now and then, except well. Every time she is supposed to come over something "pops up" and she can't make it. She claims its just bad luck and "nothing is up" but come on. This has happened so many times, that of course I'm gonna question it.
The final straw for me was on Valentine’s Day. I went to eat out and I realized that her job was quite close by. I texted her, asking about her lunch break and proposed that maybe we could go grab something to eat for one of these days. And I never received anything. She rarely takes this long to respond. Can you explain to me what might be going on?

Setlogolo, sometimes people are not direct in showing their lack of interest in a relationship. Such people will try other tactics to show the other person that they do not want to be with them. Such tactics may include ignoring calls or messages sent to them. I suggest you send a message asking her to meet with you to discuss the issue, if she ignores your message I suggest you take it as a sign that she is really not interested and you should then move on.
